Drakensberg
The House at Glengariff

Overview
The House at Glengariff is a rustic self-catering farmhouse on a working cattle, sheep and maize farm near Underberg in the Southern Drakensberg, with wide views over open farmland. It has five bedrooms and sleeps up to twelve.
The living and dining rooms each have a fireplace, the TV lounge opens onto a big verandah made for slow breakfasts, and the open-plan kitchen is well equipped. The gardens are full of birds, and you’ll often hear fish eagles.
Why we love it
We love that the property is fenced, so children and well-behaved dogs can roam safely. Add farm animals, birdwatching and an airstrip for anyone flying in, and it’s a proper farm holiday.
